His 30+ years in leadership and organizational development have been focused on answering 2 questions: “Why do people do what they do?” and “How can I help them to reach their potential?”
That journey has taken him through over 12 years of higher education, including a Bachelor’s degree and 2 Master’s degrees in psychology, Executive Leadership roles in a wide range of industries, delivery of training and consulting with some of the biggest companies out there, and a lot of experience in what it takes to create what he calls “Rockstar Teams” and “Legendary Leaders”.
